Jack Hearns

Mr. Hearns is a Senior Associate at Areté Capital Partners where he is involved in both sponsor and fiduciary activities. Jack has more than five years of experience working in financial services across multiple investment and advisory roles.

Prior to joining Areté, Jack was an Associate at G2 Capital Advisors, a middle- market Investment Bank and Advisory firm. At G2, Jack led execution across complex sell-side and restructuring engagements, supporting more than $500MM in completed transaction value across the Technology, Business Services, Logistics, Consumer, and Industrial sectors. He has extensive experience building detailed financial models, developing liquidity and restructuring strategies, and managing accelerated marketing and diligence processes through close.
