Will Anderson

Mr. Anderson is a Senior Associate at Areté Capital Partners, where he is actively involved in both sponsor and fiduciary engagements. He brings a broad base of experience across industries, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, strategic and financial planning, tax strategy, and complex valuation matters.

Prior to joining Areté, Will was a Manager in KPMG’s Valuation and Business Modeling practice, where he specialized in building robust financial models to support senior leadership in making critical financial and operational decisions. While at KPMG, he advised clients across numerous transactions, delivering both pre-deal advisory and post-deal valuation services.

Will also worked closely with corporate finance teams to design and implement enhanced cash flow forecasting models, evaluate investment opportunities, and streamline financial planning processes.
