Sierra Lewis

Sierra Lewis joined the firm in 2025 and serves as a Manager. In this role, she focuses on recruiting, performance management, and supporting core operational functions. She helps shape talent acquisition and onboarding processes, implements performance frameworks, and partners with leaders across the firm to ensure consistent, efficient execution of HR and office operations. Since 2018, Ms. Lewis has developed deep hands-on experience in recruiting, HR operations, and office management.
