Randi Siegel

Randi Siegel is a Marketing Director at Areté Capital Partners, where she leads marketing strategy and execution in support of the firm’s advisory, thought leadership, and client engagement initiatives. She works closely with firm leadership to translate the firm’s advisory and fiduciary expertise into clear, consistent communications across content, campaigns, and executive initiatives.

Her role spans firm positioning, content strategy, and support for business development and client-facing initiatives, ensuring alignment between Areté’s advisory work and its external communications.

Prior to joining Areté Capital Partners, Randi held senior marketing roles at First Advantage and Sterling, where she led go-to-market and field marketing initiatives within regulated and complex industries.

Randi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a minor in Art History from The George Washington University.
