Lori Zywiak

Ms. Zywiak joined Arete in 2020 and currently serves as the firm’s Director of Operations. In this role, she leads key operational functions, strengthens firmwide processes, and supports senior leadership’s strategic and organizational priorities. Her ability to coordinate complex initiatives, optimize internal systems, and enhance executive workflow has made her an essential contributor to the firm’s growth and operational discipline.
With more than two decades of experience in management, financial consulting, and organizational operations, Ms. Zywiak brings a breadth of expertise that supports both the firm’s strategic and day-to-day needs. She plays a central role in ensuring seamless execution across teams, advancing internal capabilities, and elevating the overall effectiveness of firm operations.

Prior to joining Arete, Ms. Zywiak worked in the Defense and Intelligence Community and the government contracting sector, supporting high-risk, mission-critical environments that require discretion, analytical rigor, and operational excellence. This background continues to inform her disciplined approach to leadership, decision-making, and organizational management.
Ms. Zywiak holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Clarion University.
