About Kat Gaiser
Ms. Gaiser is an Associate at Areté Capital Partners, where she supports both sponsor and fiduciary

monitoring, and internal risk analysis across public, private, and sponsor-backed companies.
Prior to joining Areté, Kat was an Associate in the Investment Bank Credit Risk division at J.P. Morgan,
where she covered a portfolio of leveraged public, private, and sponsor-backed clients within the

transaction risk, business performance, and internal credit ratings. She worked closely with partners
across Global Corporate Banking, Debt Capital Markets, and Legal to structure and approve such
financings aligned with the firm’s risk standards. Before Diversified Industries, Kat covered insurance
companies within the Financial Institutions Group at J.P. Morgan, where she monitored portfolio risk and
contributed to the execution of multiple investment-grade and high-yield financings with global amounts
up to $3.5B.
