Mr. Finnegan is a Vice President at Areté Capital Partners, bringing more than five years of experience in restructuring, interim management, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions. He plays a key role in leading complex turnaround and performance improvement engagements for middle-market companies, partnering closely with management teams, boards, and investors to stabilize operations, improve liquidity, and drive lasting enterprise value.

At Areté, Mr. Finnegan has advised clients across a broad range of industries including consumer products, manufacturing, and entertainment delivering actionable solutions in liquidity management, FP&A, operational restructuring, M&A execution, and strategic transformation.
