Ben Jahnke

Mr. Jahnke is an Associate at Areté Capital Partners, where he engages in both sponsor and fiduciary activities. He has experience underwriting investments and supporting company strategy across a wide range of industries. His background includes advising on and executing several mergers and acquisitions, leading due diligence efforts, and evaluating both credit and equity opportunities.

Prior to joining Areté, Mr. Jahnke was a Senior Associate at Aldine Capital Partners, a Chicago-based private capital firm focused on the lower middle market. At Aldine, Ben led underwriting workstreams for platform and add-on investments, partnered with management teams on growth and operational initiatives, and managed portfolio company performance. He also prepared investment memoranda, valuation materials, and financial models across various sectors, including Business Services, Healthcare, and Manufacturing.
